All About Billy is a RESERVED topic for the Admin - that is why you were not able to post.

And while on that general subject (posting): since you are a new forum member your "rank" is "Newly Registered Member".
After you have a made one post, you are automatically placed in the rank of Registered Forum Member - that opens up more opportunities for you with regard to engaging in forum activities.
