With regard to Reincarnation, "free will", "choice", and making decisions in your every-day activities, affects everything else in your life - and beyond!
What may seem "small" and inconsequential to you when you decide on some course of action, or changing your job, your location, your belief system - the list in practically endless, and so are those changes and who those changes affect!
A classic case in point that actually occurred on a freeway which seemingly involved just an airplane, one car, and the person driving that car.
A few years ago in Northern Nevada, an airplane crashed onto a moving vehicle traveling in a northern direction, while adjacent to the International Airport. The person driving that vehicle died in the crash; but as sad as such an event is, there is much more which occurred in this event than what could ever be reported.
Here are a few things which could have altered the circumstances of this tragic scene:
a) The person driving the vehicle could have either changed lanes at any time, or could have slowed down.
b) The plane could have taken off from the airport a few seconds later or sooner.
c) Other vehicles traveling on the freeway could have been going faster or slower, or one or more could have changed lanes, which would have .....
d) Positioned the vehicle in a different location on the freeway at a different time - even if just by seconds.
e) However, neither of these "changes" or alternatives occurred. WHY?
The above true incident is but one of many which occur every day, month, and year. But it has never been proven - either by "example" (an actual incident) or by anyone offering an explanation which could provide for the reason why these things happen as they do.
Most individuals - in explaining "why" these incidents occur - prefer taking the position that it is either:
a) God's Will
b) Occurred by mere "chance" (mathematical odds)
However, there is a much more plausible and common sense reason, and that is:
The primary principle of Reincarnation: 'you reap what you have sowed'.
Many individuals when confronted with the discussion of these "principles" like to quickly inject these statements:
We have free will; nothing is predestined; we can change what happens to us; etc., etc., etc.
Assuming they are right, then it follows that the person killed in the car which was crushed by the airplane, and, the pilot of the airplane, were somehow in a "predetermined plan" to create and cause that particular incident to occur.
Think about that for a minute .....
Do you know how utterly preposterous such a statement (conclusion) that really is?
Yet many people go that route without even so much a second thought as to how stupid it really is. WHY?
The answer is quite simple, yet unfortunately true:
My adhering to such an explanation (or belief), whether they are conscious of it or not, are thereby "relieving" themselves of responsibility for their actions, or even non-action, as the case may be.
Humans are by nature, prone to resolve (remove) themselves of any wronging doing or admitting that they are responsible for their own actions - they much prefer to "blame" others!
